Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arranca IO's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Arranca IO LLC provides web development, design, maintenance, and related digital services. Specific terms for individual projects are outlined in separate service agreements or statements of work.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and content in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials provided to us
• Make payments according to agreed-upon schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided

Intellectual Property

Client Materials: You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide to us.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom work created specifically for your project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Our Tools: We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Deposits are required before work begins
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in work suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arranca IO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or business outcomes. We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed. We will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
